NOTE BEFORE RETURNING :RETURNED ITEMS UNSEALED, NEW PACKAGING OTHER THAN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, DAMAGED PACKAGING OR SIGN OF USE WHATSOVER WILL NO BE ACCEPTED. SUCH ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMERS AT THEIR OWN COST. PLEASE BE ADVISED.

Eligibility for Returns
Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns for unopened and unused herbal supplements and medicine within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and included materials intact. Restricted Returns: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for any herbal supplements or medicine that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may request photographs or other documentation to verify the issue.Refund Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team by email at drtendoherbskampala@gmail.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Obtain Return Authorization (RA): Our team will issue a Return Authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your return package. Process Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding any original delivery charges (unless the return is due to an error on our part). Please allow sufficient time for us to process the refund.Important Notes
